2020 Rogers Scholar Alyssa Howard donates Summer Fun Baskets filled with children’s games and activities to Elliott County Family Resource Center coordinator Missy Simmons. Alyssa, a student at Elliott County High School, wanted to do something for families and children in her community to have a safe, fun summer during the COVID-19 pandemic.
