Make a list of all of the extracurricular activities you have been involved in. They will need to fall into the following categories: Leadership, Entrepreneurship (School Related), and Entrepreneurship (Non-School Related). Each section is worth 10 points. You are not required to fill out all of the fields on the form for each of the three sections. However, the more you fill out the better your score will be. For example, leaving an entire section blank is an automatic deduction of 10 points.
