2022 Rogers Scholar and Rose Hill Christian School student Isabel Hensley donated clothing and hygiene items to Safe Harbor of Northeast Kentucky, an emergency shelter for victims of domestic violence.

“I’ve toured the facility, met families, and learned how Safe Harbor supports women in my community. It was an honor to focus my Rogers Scholars community service project on this local shelter.”

Graduates of The Center for Rural Development’s Rogers Scholars program are required to complete a community service project. For more information about Rogers Scholars, visit www.centeryouthprograms.com.
